İstanbul 2. İflas Dairesi tarafından, Şişli İlçesi Halaskargazi Mahallesi 674 ada 36 parseldeki mağaza ve otel olarak kullanılan 3,4,5,6 nolu bağımsız bölümleri toplamda 32 milyon 800 bin lira muhammen bedelle icradan satışa çıkarıldı.
En son Aiza Suits olarak işletilen 8 odalı oteldeki her odanın tahmini değeri 4 milyon 100 bin lira oldu.
Otelin ilk satış ihalesi 24 Mart 2023 saat 14.02’de, ikinci ihalesi ise 20 Nisan 2023 tarihinde yine aynı saatte olarak yapılacak.
