199 standart ve superior oda, 10 suit (junior suit, suit, deluxe suit) ve 2 kral dairesi olmak üzere toplam 211 oda yer alan Silverside Hotel’in toplam yatak kapasitesi 442.
Silverside Hotel için 185 milyon 91 bin 375 lira değer biçildi. Otelin satış ihalesi 2 Şubat 2023 tarihinde Çorlu İcra ve İflas Müdürlüğü’nde açık arttırma usulüyle yapılacak.
