Daha önce konuk şef olarak katıldığı Masterchef programında büyük ses getiren Akira Back’in JW Marriott Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea’nin içerisinde yer alan restoranını ziyaret eden ünlü şefler Mehmet Yalçınkaya, Danilo Zanna ve Somer Sivrioğlu keyifli bir akşam geçirdi.
Akira Back’e yapılan bu iadeyi ziyarette şefin Whitefish Carpaccio, AB Tuna Pizza, Crispy Rice; tatlı olarak da AB cigar servis edildi. Şefler Akira Back’in menüsüne övgü dolu sözler söyledi.
